Welcome
Welcome parents and students to what promises to be a wonderful year in Room 17! Kawau Team have some fantastic activities planned for the term and I hope that you are as excited to be returning to (or starting at) Torbay School as I am about teaching Room 16 this year.
I came to Torbay School as a student teacher in 2010 and have been teaching here in a variety of roles since graduating. I have lived in Torbay most of my life and love the connections that I have with the community. I am excited to be teaching this year level, the enthusiasm and honesty of the students makes for some inspirational and amusing teaching moments. I look forward to sharing some of these with you through this blog by way of photos and regular updates on what is happening in the classroom.
